About LiveLOUD Youth
A partnership between Connecticut DCF and DMHAS.
LiveLOUD Youth is a partnership between Connecticut DCF and DMHAS to help adolescents and young adults who are using opioids or harmful substances. LiveLOUD Youth connects these young people and their families with support and resources, particularly the ASSERT Treatment Model and SMART Recovery support groups.

Community Health Resources
CHR’s mission is to help adults, children and families find Real Hope for the challenges of Real Life through an array of community- based mental health, substance use, child welfare, supportive housing, foster care, prevention and wellness services, and integrated care. CHR covers Hartford and Manchester.
United Community and Family Services
UCFS is an organization designed to meet the needs of the communities we serve. We are proud to provide the following programs and services: Adult and Pediatric Primary Medical Care, Women’s Health Services, Geriatric Assessment & Management Program, Dental Services, Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, Community Based Behavioral Health Services, Community Outreach Services, and Eldercare Services. UCFS covers New London, Norwich, and Willimantic.
Connecticut Junior Republic
The Connecticut Junior Republic (CJR) exists because children, youth and families often need help to make positive changes in their lives. Assistance is provided on a daily basis through an array of residential, education, community and home-based services in 11 locations across Connecticut. Behavioral and mental health services are also provided through Wellness Centers in seven of these locations. CJR covers Danbury, Torrington, and Waterbury.
